Very well behaved and polite staff.best hotel for stay and enjoyment. We were very happy with the services and support provided by Mr Ritesh Patel. Very good food, clean room, good amenities. Very clean swimming pool. Beautiful property.

It was a nice overall experience with a nice visit to Ujjain and Indore. Thanks to the tour planning by admin manager sohan mukati and our nice stay managed by Management expert Jitendra nagar. Also loved the overall experience thanks to the GM Mukesh Yadav.

There is only one person Mr. Amit ji is excellent and he knows how to greet guests , one more person Mr. Jitendra ji is good one , else need to improve a lot on reception. Hotel should provide tea from 6 am onwards , it's very awkward when reception does not value guest.

Service is very Slow You ask for one thing and they will take 40 to 50 minutes after many reminders. TV was not working. Kettle was broken. During checkout also took long time not even paying attention who came first. They provided taxi pickup but taxi condition is worst and charges 500 rupess

Poor Service. Not at all recommended for stay. Do not book this hotel. They can't even fix room phone. They can't even provide you bread in complimentary breakfast. They can't even provide you salt and pepper. They will not provide you correct invoice, you have to revisit hotel for collection of invoice. If you tell themm any issue- First they will deny the same immediately. Their solution to any problem is denial to accept problem.
